Terms And Conditions of Sale

Payment:
All purchases must be prepaid by certified check, money order, cashier check, personal check, or credit card.
For security purposes, credit card orders van ONLY be shipped to the credit card billing address.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, American Express.
Personal Check and Company Check OK upon approval.

Note:

1. Prepayment of all goods will eliminate C.O.D. fees that can be very costly.

2. Shipment of orders paid by check may be delayed up to 15 working days.

3. A customer who does not accept a shipment without reason, or sends us an Insufficient Check will be placed on prepaid only basis.

Shipping:

1. All shipments will be shipped out of our Houston,  TX warehouse with a carrier that we feel most suitable, unless a particular carrier is specified by the customer and it is in our means.

2. Delivery of goods to carrier constitutes delivery of goods to purchaser.

3. SPOILERS, ETC. is NOT responsible for any freight damage or storage charges that may be caused by the carrier. ALL claims MUST be filed with the carrier.

Note:
Even if the box appears to be slightly damaged, you must accept the shipment, note the problem on the freight bill and notify the carrier and SPOILERS, ETC. either by letter or by phone as soon as possible for inspection.

Return Policy:
Products that are unused (drilled, sanded, painted or modified) may be returned within 15 days from receiving the shipment. All returns must be freight prepaid. Your satisfaction is absolutely  guaranteed by or NO-NONSENSE  return policy. No restocking fees apply to all authorized returns. Returns are accepted for exchanges or credit only.
NO RESTOCKING  fee will be charged to authorized returns.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Before you return a shipment, you must notify SPOILERS, ETC. either by letter or by phone .

Product Installation/Fitting:
SPOILERS, ETC. products are manufactured in high quality hand-laminated fiberglass. Fiberglass products will not warp from excessive heat like some ABS and other plastic pieces do.

• Paint adhesion is excellent using standard automotive primers and paint and they are easily repaired in case of an accident. Please note that although all products come the same from our molds, you might from time to time experience amounts of tolerance that the auto manufacturers build into their cars and trucks. NOT all vehicles come exactly identical from the factory. In such a case it might be necessary to slightly fit our parts by grinding or filling to a perfect fit. All our Airdams and Wraparounds are ONE piece construction, except a few pickup rear skirts for shipping purposes.

Special Terms:
All orders exceeding US $3,000 will be freight prepaid by SPOILERS, ETC.
